How to order
Order is processed as below:

Step 3: Log in with a member E-mail or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Please note that the limit for each transaction is limited in that risky/fraudulent transactions are increasing rapidly recently. If you receive one of the following error messages while attempting to check out, please refer to the instructions below.
TL00 means "Exceeding the limit per order". If your order is over $1,000, the transaction may be declined for anti risky/fraud transactions. Please divide your order into multiple orders with the total amount of each order being less than $1,000.
TL05 means "Monthly transaction amount limit for the same card". Please try a different credit card.

Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
